Rainbow Falls can only be seen by hiking the 2 additional miles from Devils Postpile (0.4 mi) from the trailhead. The only way to reach the trailhead is by taking a shuttle inside Devils Postpile National Monument in Mammoth, California. The hike is easy but fairly open so it can get pretty hot in the summer, but the view of Rainbow Falls is absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend making the trip if you’re in Mammoth. I got into LA at 4:30am and made it to the hotel thinking I would have to check in after 2ish and would be exhausted for the morning. They allowed me to check in early and I crashed for a good 3 hours!!! I really really appreciated the early check in. It was above and beyond what any hotel has ever done for me.

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The cabin was so perfect and pretty much in the forest so it was a one of a kind experience. The staff is super friendly, and the place was super clean and tidy.
